A High School Graduate earns, on average, $8,000 more a year than a person without a diploma.

The Independence School District’s Adult Education department offers FREE classes for the public to help people earn their High School Equivalency Diplomas and learn the English Language.
All prospective students need to attend an enrollment.

Our programs are designed for adults 17 and older who are no longer enrolled in school.
